Frequently Asked Questions

  • I love plants! All plants, but herbs especially. The dandelion is a great representation of how I believe many people treat most herbs. Dandelions are often seen as weeds, but they deserve appreciation for their numerous benefits. This vibrant plant enhances gardens and health. Their nutritious leaves, rich in vitamins A, C, K, calcium, and iron, can be used in salads or cooked dishes, adding a unique bitter flavor. This bitterness can stimulate appetite and aid digestion. It can promote liver health and support the detoxification process. Also, the yellow flowers can be made into wine or infused in oils for skin remedies, while roasted roots serve as a caffeine-free coffee.

This love for plants along with my dedication to nutrition and the pursuit of wellness became DandeWell.
